Meet Matt Wolas

Matt Wolas brings nearly a decade of customer service experience to Bak Brothers, with a strong background in building relationships, understanding client needs, and finding effective solutions. His experience in bartending and serving helped him develop strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills, which he now applies to creating a positive customer experience and helping clients find the right solutions for their homes.

Matt joined Bak Brothers as the company was expanding its team, seeing an opportunity to build on his customer service experience while growing professionally in the home improvement industry. He holds an Associate of Science degree from Oakton Community College.
